What is the cost?

We charge a small fixed fee on a quarterly basis. Fixed fee varies between Rs 2,500 to Rs 7,800 per quarter (for 3 months). All prices are exclusive of GST.

Apart from this, clinics need to invest in ad credits as per their business goals.

Optional: Promotional Fees
If requested, our calling team may provide follow-up communications with patients after appointment scheduling, continuing until the patient visits the clinic. This service is subject to a promotional fee, determined by the nature and cost of the medical procedure. Rates will be confirmed prior to service initiation.

How do you help me generate appointments?

We help you to generate appointments using a unique combination of META ads, YouTube ads, WhatsApp marketing, referral marketing, and in-clinic sales & packaging techniques.

How many appointments can I expect?

Although this varies widely depending on numerous factors, you can expect 5–10+ qualified patient appointments per week with Rs 600/day of ad spend. Our system is filled with strategies you can implement to increase appointment volume even more. Depending on the size of the city and the number of patients you expect in the clinic, you should plan and invest in the ad credits accordingly.

How long until I see results?

On average, it takes 3 days to launch the first campaign. Appointments are usually seen within the first week of a campaign launch. Our calling team processes and filters out irrelevant and spammy leads. New patients generally show up after 3-4 weeks.

How long do results last?

Like any type of marketing, it must be continued on a quarterly basis to see continuous growth. Of course, if you take care of the patients you acquire, results can last years as patients continue to come back and spend more money.

How much effort and time is required to see results?

What is the refund policy?

Refund Policy:

Clinics are billed quarterly in advance for subscription. If a subscription is canceled before the end of the billing period, a pro-rated refund may be issued only for the portion of the subscription period that exceeds the final 15 days. Refunds will not be provided for any unused time within the last 15 days of the subscription period. This means that if a client cancels with, for eg., 40 days remaining in the current billing period, the refund will cover only 25 days.
Ad credits are non-refundable as we invest into different ad platforms within 24 hours.

What is the cancellation process?

The subscription may be terminated by either party with a minimum of 15 days’ written notice by email at admin@pinemedicare.com prior to the intended cancellation date. Although you can cancel anytime, we require a minimum of 90 days after the subscription begins to ensure that the services promised have been visibly delivered and that growth outcomes are achieved.

What is the data retention policy?

After a subscription expires (either through cancellation or the end of a billing cycle), we will retain all associated account data and content for a period of 30 calendar days.

During this time, clients may request access to their data or renew their subscription without data loss.

After this 30-day period, all stored data may be permanently deleted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
